Business Analyst

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will provide technical and organizational skills to lead and coordinate process improvements as well as operational reporting. The position will liaise with Finance, Supply Chain, I/T, Sales Operations and Service team. They will consult with our in-house and remote staff to coordinate technology optimization projects.  And the focus will be on working with numerous teams and software platforms to help drive company-wide process improvement and automation through technology.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve business processes and coordinate IT initiatives across Finance, Customer Service, Sales Operations and Supply Chain
  • Business analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM Field Service process enhancement initiatives with users and 3rd party IT Resources
  • Develop and automate financial and operational reporting processes
  • Improve and develop performance and operating metrics for customers and management
  • Assist with the development, documentation and training efforts surrounding company information technology policies and procedures
  • Assist in integration of Company acquisitions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in related field
  • Microsoft CRM and Dynamics NAV experience a plus
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Industry certifications and memberships a plus
  • Strong organization skills with a focus on time management
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with team members
  • The ability to prioritize your workload

Experienced Field Service Technician

We have an immediate need to fill an opening for an Experience Field Service Technician to cover the territory to include South of Nashua, New Hampshire and North of Boston, MA.

This candidate MUST have a strong physical background, as well as electronics experience to ATM, service TCRs (Teller Cash Recyclers), CCTV & Alarm. This position offers those chosen the opportunity for a rewarding career through hands-on service in a financial institution setting. The chosen candidate will learn our business by attending our comprehensive Training Development Program in Cornelius, NC. The program includes classroom training combined with on-the-job field training with an assigned mentor.

Candidate who possess alarm or video experience is a plus, but we certainly would not turn anyone away who brought that expertise to the table as we never know what our future holds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Field Service Technician's responsibility is to respond to, diagnose and resolve field service issues for BranchServ service customers. Field Service Technician training will include locksmith skills, and the maintenance and repair of bank drive-up systems, alarm systems, access control and closed circuit video systems.

Qualifications:

  • All applicants are required to pass a comprehensive background check.

  • High school diploma required.
  • Graduate of technical training school preferred, but not required.
  • Valid state driver's license in good standing.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Monumental Scale
Constructed the largest modular vault to date - a 20,000 square foot structure.

Accomodating Particular Use Requirements
Designed a UL listed vault system for a jewelry distribution center where the vault door was mounted waist-high to accommodate a conveyor running through the vault.

Tight Timeframes
Completed the largest multi-unit modular vault project ever undertaken, an installation of 64 modular vaults at an undisclosed U.S. military base.

Remote Location
Installed equipment for the first western-style bank in Vladivostok, Russia.
